Neo, if you ask me is at a point of where it is good to buy and average down. But first of all, wait for the correction then buy. It seems as if Neo has found an accumulation zone for the next 3 months or so before the bull rally to the moon. This zone also seems to be in a good correction zone before the December-January hype that pushed bitcoin and alts like neo to the moon. It took nearly a year for the correction to come to a point where the crypto market is healthy again.

Looks like Neo is going in the direction I predicted. It is in the "healthy zone". I am guessing that it will go down a little more, but not beyond the cyan pitchfork. As long as it stays in it, it will eventually go back up like all things. Give it till next year and it will surely Neo will wake up.
