NEO going against all ods? We will have to see in the next 3 days, if NEO touches the 20 Day moving average and breaks the resistance line (dark blue line) we might see NEO spike! Although the market is really bearish these days, NEO has the chance to break a resistance line that has been going on since it's all time high in February/March. The indicators, macd and rsi show a neutral sign, which isn't bearish or bullish. If NEO doesn't break this resistance line, we will see it going to around 23$.
