NXT retracement then new pump to higher high

Following past trend, when NXT reaches a new high it retraces 100% to the start of the pump, then pumps once more to the 1.618 fib line reaching a new high. Waiting to see if this dump continues before buying in - significantly higher volume suggests this dump may not reach the 100% retracement - however i am an amateur and don't know what i'm talking about.
