NZDUSD inverse head and shoulders

Currently price at the lowest level since January 2016. Divergence on indicators, could be forming an inverse head and shoulders pattern. A nice downtrend line. An impulsive break through resistance and 0.64 level is a buy signal. Powell speaking today at Jackson Hole symposium, expected to talk about the future monetary policy.
