ATH Breakout Setup with Psych 200 and 2 year consolidation

The last breakdown from ATH happened before their earnings for some acquisition news.
It recovered quite quickly since August and tested ATH again in September. Now sitting at 21ema

Whats good here?
+200 Psych level under us
+Big Volume shelf VRVP and Support $196.75
+Above all significant MAs
+2 year of consolidation in this Range Box
+this cloud/security/software sector has been taking a back seat with AI push but its consolidated very nicely in the last few months

What we need for the Swing confirmation?
+Earnings can be a catalyst or some news that can bring the shift

Plan
+Adding 1/3rs size now and will scale up if it holds 200
+Risk vs 196 will bail if vrvp wont hold

Manage risk first and profits will take care of themselves

Note

Added a tiny bit more, close to 50% positioned. Need the ATH break and confirm at $210 and then final adds. Looking at the cybersecurity and cloud ETFs, all are showing flat top breakout patterns with multiple retest of the resistances. If market is supportive then this sector might just come back to life. need some security issues happen in the softwares so this name gets some light

target 1 - $228.81 as per fib extensions - Easy target covering 60%
target 2 - $248.87 as per Range box Breakout covering 30%

Stupidity and geed 101 with too many trades ignored this one and almost paid the price, its a lesson why we stick to our system, oct 8th was the push n clearly didnt hold and retested 34ema, almost stopped out at 200 but it held and full size already in so last week friday it flipped the resistance to support again at 208-209 and that level seems battle tested from ym view. currently back 4r Up, i over sized it seems as PT1 is actually 6R trade at this point but really hate the index action and really dont feel like being a fckn hero, SL pulled to 2R, locking 60% before the 6R at 216 to 220 whatever i get on Monday making it risk free and making sure i still get 2.5R even if i dnt get the moves in my favor, i respect the system and dnt care about 1 trade even if it goes to 250. god damn it i might actually feel bad if it did lolol. but thats why il keep 40%, trail it with 9ema this time and try to get 228.81, last 10% il do 21 ema trail or 250. HACK CLOU WCLD, all software names look good honestly consolidation, pushing up even the index for those is ready to Breakout, might slap myself if rotationa ctually happened where i was sitting in so early just like all of this year, ima ride that 40% for srue but 60% comes out monday. dang it this non sense rant i hope no one reads.

Still got 40% position remaining and will reduce size to 20% on monday, and I think i have a good cushion to take it to earnings but clearly no love shown to cybersecurity etfs HACK BUG CIBR, maybe CRWD is notably strong but really cant figure out is there is momentum coming, Its still holding the breakout retest at 207 ish and has the 50ema right there. I am just goin to leave 20% already got 4r so dont care much. good luck to all
