Make or break time for small caps

RTY is testing the lower channel line.

RSI oversold, so we should get at least a one day bounce.

Note the timeframe, we've been in the channel since elections

Remember, small caps tend to lead a market drop. Look at last year, it was the only index not to make a new high in Feb before the tank
