From the 2008 High sideways to the peak in 2000, the side of the arc/circle is aligned to time, so the very edge of the circle is on the March '00 bar (I mean it is coinciding with the top of that candle so the point is kind of moot but I thought I'd make the destinction).
From here you can see from the lines drawn what I am getting at and it's coincided with some major tops so it may be more than coincidence.
