2. The rate hike will definitely breaks the multiyear Trading Range.

3. Buy when the SPX is going down

Buy SP500 when it is below 2060.
Commentaire:
The Bears are crushed by short squeeze. They wouldn't attempt to short until 2110 level. The bear can only plays the countertrend trading. This is extremely hard for the bear.

The Bull will buy in every attempt to short/sell the market. The Smart Money is already cashed out, waiting for pullback to 2070 - 2060 region.
