Vix hit 25 and the spy got 390. Spy double bottom is complete and the vix double top is complete.

Those are the 3 biggest sectors of the S&P.. the resistance I'm mentioning for those sectors are their Bearchannels from the start of 2022.
That upper resistance trendline is around 392ish if they want, they could push it up there before the pullback to 379 begins.. depending on what Powell say will make or break that support.
I will say this , just looking at the option order flows, there was some Massive 340$ 11/11 11/18 PUTS contracts coming in.
