Technically we are and have been for a while in a period of consolidation. We are now seeing some bearish momentum after breaking below the cloud and a couple of moving averages. A couple of things still need to happen before we can enter:
1) Trend line break and re test (previous resistance becomes support)
2) CS line (green line) needs to be below the cloud and ideally away from previous price
