Long Yen ahead #BoJ decision on interest rates $JPY $USD #forex

I'm looking for a long position on USDJPY . The horizontal line marks a few tops in the last years. Yen has to break it to go further upwards. I think it will. On wednesday Bank of Japan take a decision on their interest rates.
Since 2010 they follow a zero rate policy. www.tradingeconomics.../japan/interest-rate
There is no sign that it will change soon. That's why i'm basically bullish.
Futhermore the YoY rate of increase in the CPI is likely to be about 0 pct for the next time.
