Big difference between prices on Bitstamp and Bitfinex is caused by tether printing and it's real price in retail.
As you can see on above chart, Bitfinex price is almost 90$ higher than Bitstamp and this trend arrived when USDT price began falling.
Bitfinex price = Regular price of BTC in USD / (USDT/USD)
