UWMC: 3-Why Is This Stock Undervalued?

UWMC joined the NYSE on January 22, 2021. During that day we can see that the price reached its minimum at $ 10.95 and the maximum at $ 12.35. Even the lowest historical price from the chart shows that it was around $ 9.90. If we make a measurement from the lowest price we will notice the depreciation of the stock with a value of 20.30%.
From the other side UWM reported 4Q20 net income of $1.37 billion and FY20 net income of $3.38 billion, an 821% and 715% increase over 4Q19 and FY19 respectively. The Board of Directors of UWMC declared its first regular quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share on the outstanding shares of Class A Common Stock. The dividend is payable on April 6, 2021 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 10, 2021.
So we can say that the company is very solid as long as the profits are very good and they declared regular quarterly dividend.
The only problem the price is at this level is the fight against $ RKT. But as I see it all will be resolved because no one wants to ruin the business.
