Looking at the 4hrs timeframe we can observe that Vechain will try the resistance for 3-4th time. Without any positive news I see no reason it could break the resistance.
The RSI is in the overbought zone (73 )which is a bear signal, however looking at the chart RSI could climb to +-82 until we see a small correction.
MACD is also close to the previous high of the 16.02 . (Bear)
