$VISL possible bottom Trading under Book value

This idea is about Vislink Technologies, Inc. - trading under ticker
VISL
The company recently announced the best Quarter figure in Q3 2021 Statement and since then has been in a downward trajectory which I believe is due to manipulation done in the Small cap index!
Net Margin went positive for the first time @ 6.4
The current Book value per share is $1.45
Currently trading at $1.32
Fibonacci level showing strong support at 1.20 - Past 3 days closed with green candles.
MACD is signaling a possible bounce at these levels with Moneyflow gone positive too.
Really good risk/reward at these price levels.
I currently hold a position and will be accumulating more.
