The line was drawn with the principle that the ticker acts like an electric arc reaching for a ground. The closer the intercept, the more likely it will arc to it. First come first serve, quickest way to ground principle. The more intercepts at the intersection, it is speculated that it will pass a weaker conduit for a more powerful one. So, its not grounding, its connecting to suck out the life like a snake piercing your blood barrier with its venomous fangs! It's an energy sucker ticker, take take take, its all that it knows. All we have to do is INVERT the situation to give give give!
