We can draw a resistance and three important uptrend lines for gold.
Signs of a downward trend in gold:
- Negative closing of the weekly candle at the important resistance of $1,800
- High number of dollar strengthening reports
- Daily and weekly candle respect to the important resistance of $1,800
Signs of continued upward trend of gold:
- Persistence of 3 upward trend lines
- Powerful closing monthly candle
- Positive closing of the daily candle
Considering the above, in my opinion, if the next daily candle strongly crosses the 1800 level, we can witness the continuation of the uptrend, and if it closes negative, we can watch the beginning of the downward trend and the breaking of the trendlines.
