The figure looks at the return to the upper limit of the global uplift channel and the junction in the range 1790 - 1825.
However, even if it goes down from the current one, it is "safe" to test the bottoms again up to the 1700 mark. Fixing under this mark will mean cancellation of a pattern, but not cancellation of growth, as in this case simply to continue sideways.
