One Of The Wrong Questions I Received The Most...
One of the questions i received the most is:
"Neoh, how much/ how many percent can you generate every month?"
My only respond to this is "It depends."
How much you are making ultimately depends on your Risk Appetite, and your aggressiveness. And its all about consistency.
My average return is about 8% - 10% per month, sometimes i make 15%, sometimes i make 3%, sometimes i lose money.
Can i make 10% every month? No i can't, but in the long-term if i even out my trading performance, its roughly about 8% - 10% return per month as a day trader.
I've seen Traders who generate 50% on a particular month, only to lose it all the following month.
Think about this, most of us coming into the financial market with an expectation and imagination of "I want to make x amount per month.", which is absolutely a false mindset.
What you should focus more onto is your discipline, are you able to stick to your trading plan for an extended period of time, so that you can generate consistent returns to supplement your lifestyle?
Discipline is the key to trading success, I've done all the mistakes in the past 5 years so that i can sit here sharing with all of you some of my humble advice.
