We have a local double top visisble on the 4H timefrime ( picture below ).
RSI was overbought and now going down while having the same price as previous RSI high. meaning possible reversal coming.
The RSI was also in a uptrend if it keeps this and breaks above there would be a longer time that XLM would be overbought but the price will rice and possible try to break the 7 cent area.
If price goes lower possible target at 4 cents.
