XLM is currently following an over & under chart pattern. We could be seeing a new Higher High and then see a reversal to the support area where buy orders can be placed.
Over & under pattern:
1) Price in downtrend makes a new Low as shown in graph - check
2) Price then moves to make a new local high - check
3) Price declines and moves down to make a new lower low - check
4) Price rallies to make a new higher high - ???
5) Price has one last final leg down towards the previous low - ???
Having all checked out will create a long signal
Over & under pattern:
