Can XRP reach the 4.236 extensions at 13 dollar?

With the recent pump, its looking that XRP bounced clearly from the 0.60 support level, wich is very important.
1.01 and 1.51 last levels to defence, after that i dont expect that much resistance until ATH at 3.3 dollar.

targets for me 9-13 dollar (fib extensions)
last times we did a few weeks quick pump to these levels, can history repeat again or will xrp be stuck forever?
