U.S. Feb Nonfarm Payrolls +275K; Unemployment Rate 3.9%

The report shows U.S. employers added 275,000 jobs in February, more than the 198,000 economists polled by The Wall Street Journal expected. The unemployment rate was 3.9%. Economists expected a rate of 3.7%.
