Gas import capacity from Hungary to Slovakia to rise from Oct 2, Eustream says

Firm gas transmission capacity from Hungary to Slovakia through the Velke Zlievce/Balassagyarma border point will be raised to 4,240,252 KWh per hour from Oct. 2 until March 31, 2025 on a pilot basis, Slovak natural gas transmission system operator Eustream said on Tuesday.

Eustream listed daily firm capacity through that point, one of several alternative supply routes to shipments through Ukraine, at 101,766 MWh from Oct. 2, up from 76,324 as of Oct. 1.
