Inspired by CM_enhanced_ichimoku_cloud v5.

Adds weak/strong TK-cross detection which is indicated in the background and/or arrows.

05/05/2019: Added tenkan and kijun forecasts, which update as the incomplete candle changes. Dots above and below current candle show min and max price for the forecasts to be accurate.
