Trend Strategy Flip

📌 Trend Strategy Flip — Adaptive Trend‑Following System with Smart Flip Logic
(Built on the L1 Proximal Filter concept by LuxAlgo)
Trend Strategy Flip is an adaptive trend‑following system built on top of the L1 Proximal Filter, a concept originally introduced by LuxAlgo.
This strategy expands the idea with multi‑mode entries, smart flip logic, breakeven automation, and a clean visual HUD for real‑time decision support.
The result is a lightweight, responsive trend engine suitable for both discretionary and automated trading.
🔍 Core Concept
The system uses the L1 Proximal Filter to extract a smooth, noise‑resistant trend line (z) and its velocity (v).
This allows the strategy to detect:
Confirmed trend reversals (Mode A)
Early entries via price cross or velocity shift (Mode B1/B2)
Next‑bar confirmation entries (Mode C)
When the trend flips, the strategy can automatically reverse the position.
✨ Key Features
✔ Built on the L1 Proximal Filter (LuxAlgo concept)
A robust, adaptive trend extraction method.
✔ Multiple Entry Modes
Choose between confirmed, early, or next‑bar entries.
✔ Smart Flip Logic
Automatically reverses positions on trend change.
✔ Breakeven Protection
Dynamic breakeven activation with a semi‑transparent BE line.
✔ Compact HUD (Top‑Right Corner)
Displays:
Current position
Entry price
Live PnL (%)
Last flip direction
Breakeven status
Bars since entry
✔ Optional Trend Background
Soft diagonal gradient (lightweight imitation) for visual trend context.
✔ Clean Visual Markers
Entry arrows, flip markers, trend line, and BE line.
✔ Alerts Included
Ready for automation or webhook‑based execution.
🎯 Use Cases
Trend‑following systems
Reversal/flip strategies
Automated execution via alerts
Swing and intraday trading
Strategy research and optimization
⚠️ Notes
This strategy is based on the L1 Proximal Filter concept by LuxAlgo, extended with additional logic and visualization.
For educational and research purposes only.
Always test before using in live trading.
