T&G House Indicator

Institutional Flow Pro — Quant (IFP-Q) is a multi-module probability engine that combines momentum, volume, volatility, and structural analysis into a single adaptive system. The indicator detects the current market regime and adjusts its thresholds, cooldowns, and signal requirements accordingly.
v4.0 adds order flow modules: absorption detection, trapped trader patterns, fair value gaps, market structure breaks (BOS/CHoCH), liquidity pool mapping, volatility squeeze detection, and opening range breakout — all feeding into a unified confluence scoring system.
Works on any market with volume data. Optimized for 1m–15m timeframes.
█ HOW IT WORKS
IFP-Q calculates a composite probability score (-100 to +100) from four weighted components:
◆ Momentum Composite (25%)
RSI regime detection, MACD histogram acceleration, Stochastic %K/%D,
ROC velocity, ADX trend strength — normalized and Z-scored
◆ Volume-Price Composite (15%)
OBV trend, MFI divergence, VWAP deviation, volume momentum,
buy/sell pressure ratio — requires real volume data
◆ Trend Composite (40%)
EMA ribbon (9/21/50), price vs VWAP, Supertrend, linear regression
slope
◆ Volatility Composite (20%)
Bollinger Band %B, ATR percentile, Keltner Channel position,
historical volatility ratio
The raw probability is then adjusted by:
→ Candle confirmation (engulfing, pin bars, inside bars)
→ Higher timeframe alignment (15m/1H/4H bias)
→ Probability momentum and acceleration
→ v4.0 confluence from order flow modules
█ MARKET REGIME DETECTION
The indicator classifies each bar into one of five regimes using ADX, ATR percentile, and Bollinger Band width:
TRENDING — Directional move detected
VOLATILE TREND — Trending with elevated volatility
RANGING — Sideways price action
VOLATILE — Elevated volatility without clear direction
QUIET — Low volatility, compression
Each regime adjusts:
• Signal threshold
• Stop distance multiplier
• Cooldown between signals
█ ADAPTIVE THRESHOLD SYSTEM
The indicator tracks signal outcomes per regime using a rolling window. Based on this data, it adjusts signal thresholds:
- If recent signals in a regime have poor outcomes, the threshold
tightens (requires stronger readings to trigger)
- If recent signals have favorable outcomes, the threshold loosens
slightly
- Consecutive losing signals increase the cooldown temporarily
- Consecutive winning signals decrease the cooldown
This creates a feedback loop where the indicator becomes more selective
during difficult conditions and more responsive during favorable ones.
IMPORTANT: This adaptive system does not guarantee future results. Past
signal outcomes do not predict future performance. The threshold
adjustments are mechanical responses to historical data on the visible
chart, not predictive intelligence.
█ v4.0 ORDER FLOW MODULES
◆ ABSORPTION DETECTION
Identifies candles with high volume and small body at key levels.
Uses delta confirmation (estimated buy/sell volume ratio). Tracks
multi-bar clustering at the same price zone. Dashboard shows which
level is being tested (VWAP, POC, previous day, value area).
◆ TRAPPED TRADER PATTERNS
Detects breakout failures followed by price reclaim. Filters out
sustained multi-bar breakouts. Requires decisive reclaim candle.
Combined with liquidity sweep detection when both conditions align.
◆ DELTA DIVERGENCE
Flags when candle direction disagrees with estimated volume pressure.
Tracks consecutive divergence bars.
◆ FAIR VALUE GAPS (FVG)
Detects price imbalances where gaps exist between candle wicks.
Draws gap zones on chart. Monitors when price returns to the zone.
◆ MARKET STRUCTURE (BOS / CHoCH)
Break of Structure — swing level broken in trend direction.
Change of Character — first break against the prevailing structure.
◆ LIQUIDITY POOL MAPPING
Identifies clusters of equal highs/lows. Tracks touch count.
Detects when price sweeps through and reverses.
◆ KELTNER/BB VOLATILITY SQUEEZE
When Bollinger Bands compress inside Keltner Channels. Tracks
squeeze duration. Detects release candle.
◆ IMPLIED MOVE CALIBRATION
Compares historical ATR to external volatility reference if
available.
◆ TIME-AT-EXTREME
Counts bars spent beyond 2 standard deviations from VWAP.
◆ OPENING RANGE BREAKOUT
Configurable time window (default 30 min). Draws OR high/low.
Detects volume-confirmed breakouts.
◆ INTERMARKET COMPARISON
Compares instrument to a correlated symbol for divergence.
◆ BREADTH PROXY
Uses external breadth symbol for market-wide context.
All modules feed into a confluence score displayed as a grade (S/A/B/C)
with a module count.
█ REVERSAL DETECTION
Six-layer filter system for reversal signals:
1. Regime-Adaptive Threshold — different requirements per regime
2. Trend Strength Gate — suppresses counter-trend signals in
strong directional moves
3. Waterfall/Meltup Filter — blocks signals when consecutive
bars make new extremes
4. Cooldown — minimum bars between reversal signals
5. Volume Requirement — elevated volume Z-score required
6. Momentum Divergence — price at swing extreme with RSI divergence
Reversal components: Band Rejection, Volume Spike, Momentum Divergence,
and Time at Extreme. Each scored and combined for a composite reading.
█ SIGNAL SYSTEM
Signals require multiple conditions:
✓ Probability above regime-adjusted threshold
✓ Candle pattern confirmation
✓ Higher timeframe alignment
✓ Probability momentum in signal direction
✓ Not overextended from VWAP (unless reversal active)
✓ Pullback condition in trending regimes
✓ Session filter (configurable)
✓ Dynamic cooldown satisfied
Signals are graded by probability magnitude: A+ (85%+), A (70%+),
B (55%+). Each signal includes a trade plan with calculated stop
(anchored to nearby structure), target, and position size based on
user-defined risk parameters.
IMPORTANT: Signals are not trading recommendations. They represent
conditions where multiple technical factors align according to the
indicator's logic. Users must apply their own judgment and risk
management.
█ DASHBOARD
Two display modes:
BEGINNER — 7-row view showing direction, probability, action label,
regime, reversal status, and signal count.
ADVANCED — 20-row view showing probability, gauge, conviction, regime,
reversal detail, edge state, all four composite scores, HTF alignment,
trade plan, quality gate status, signal tracker, market structure,
order flow, squeeze, liquidity, v4 confluence, and adaptive state.
█ LEVEL MAP
Auto-sorted table showing active levels by proximity to price: VWAP,
developing POC/VAH/VAL, previous day high/low, opening range, and
liquidity pools. Closest levels highlighted with context tags.

█ LIMITATIONS
• Volume-dependent features require real volume data. Results will
differ on instruments without reliable volume (some forex pairs,
CFDs).
• The adaptive threshold system uses visible chart history. Shorter
chart histories provide less data for calibration.
• Higher timeframe alignment uses security() calls. On some broker
feeds, HTF data may have slight delays.
• Signal generation uses bar close values. Signals do not repaint
after the bar closes, but the probability reading updates intrabar.
• This indicator is a technical analysis tool, not a trading system.
It does not account for fundamentals, news events, or market
microstructure beyond what is visible in price and volume.
█ USAGE NOTES
• The probability number is the primary output. Positive values
indicate bullish technical conditions; negative values indicate
bearish conditions. Magnitude indicates strength of the reading.
• Triangle markers appear when signals fire. Check the dashboard for
the quality gate status and trade plan details.
• The Adapt row shows whether the adaptive system has tightened or
loosened the threshold for the current regime.
• Reversal diamonds indicate potential exhaustion points. They are
not entry signals — they flag conditions where the indicator
detects multiple reversal components aligning.
• Order flow markers (ABS, TRAP) provide context about volume behavior
at key levels. They supplement the probability reading.
This indicator combines multiple technical approaches. Users should
understand each component's logic before incorporating signals into
their trading process.
