This script calculates specific price zones based on the
- daily, weekly and monthly open and the
- daily maintenance margins of CME BTC futures contracts.

- option to not plot the first candle of the open (useful when plotting previous days zones without connecting the days)

Included functionality:
- plotting CME daily high and low limits of all running contracts as zones (covering the minimum and maximum prices)
- label with CME daily settlement prices of all running contracts

Updated to consider the revised CME specifications for the Bitcoin Futures with regards to the listed contracts:
- Monthly contracts listed for 6 consecutive months and 2 additional Dec contract months. If the 6 consecutive months includes Dec, list only 1 additional Dec contract month.
