English: this code is a summarized RSI based extra sensitive new indicator "sec2" where 0 is lowest price, 1 is highest price for general, and 0.2 low price; 0.8 high price for sudden changes. You may use this for both short and medium or long term except for decreasing trends.
Turkish: Bu kodda belirtilen RSI temelli sec2 komutu, fiyat indeksinin bağıl yerini göstermektedir. Geniş vadede 0 en düşük fiyat, 1 en yüksek fiyat olmak üzere, anlık veya kısa periyotlarda 0.2 düşük fiyat, 0.8 ise yüksek fiyatı göstermektedir.
