{Gunzo} Stock to Flow (Gold, Silver, Dollar, Bitcoin)This indicator displays the Stock to Flow (S2F) ratio for popular commodities (Gold, Silver, Dollar, Euro, Bitcoin, Ethereum) in order to
compare them and determine which ones could be a good Store of Value (SoV).
OVERVIEW :
Stock to Flow is a popular indicator used to predict commodities scarcity. It evaluates the total stock of a commodity against the total amount that can be produced during a year. This model supposes that if scarcity is increasing, the price is going to increase.
This model has been used over the last years on Bitcoin to determine if the asset was undervalued or overvalued, and even make prediction models on the future price.
This script is going to focus on the Stock to Flow ratio (total stock/amount produced) to compare the following assets over time :
Mining resources (mined) for Gold and Silver
Cryptos assets (mined) for Bitcoin and Ethereum
FIAT currencies (banknotes printed) for Dollar and Euro
CALCULATION :
The calculation of the Stock to Flow ratio evaluates the total stock of a commodity produced against the production made for a specific year. The data is calculated on a yearly basis, then interpolated to get monthly or daily values.
DATA ORIGIN :
The main information needed to calculate the Stock to Flow ratio is the "yearly production" of a commodity. I tried to retrieve that information from the most reliable sources :
for Gold from research on www.gold.org
for Silver from research on www.silverinstitute.org
for Ethereum from research on etherscan.io
for Bitcoin from data source "QUANDL:BCHAIN/TOTBC" from www.quandl.com
for Dollar from research on www.federalreserve.gov
for Euro from research on www.ecb.europa.eu
SETTINGS :
Smoothing for interpolated data : Smoothing factor for assets that are calculated yearly and then interpolated (Gold, Silver, Dollar, Euro, and Ethereum)
Smoothing for non interpolated data : Smoothing factor for assets that are calculated daily and not interpolated (Bitcoin)
Display asset names : Display assets names in a colored rectangle on the right side of the chart
Display asset values : Display assets Stock to Flow ratio in a colored rectangle on the right side of the chart
Display key events for assets : Display important events for the assets at the bottom of the chart using the same color as the assets lines (for example Orange diamond is a Bitcoin halving). Please refer to the script code for the details of all events.
USAGE :
This script can be used on any asset available on TradingView as the data used is either static or external.
However I recommend using it the Gold asset from currency.com as the depth of the chart will be bigger (since 1980s).
It is recommended to used this script on the monthly timeframe as the chart data is calculated yearly and then interpolated.
Ethereum (Crypto-monnaie)

The Signal - Hunt Bitcoin CoT Buy/SellThe Signal - Hunt Bitcoin CoT Buy/Sell
Why Bother with another CoT signal?
Its different & focused on the Insider's. The Largest 4 Open Interest Seller and the Largest 4 open Interest Longs, plus the distance they are apart, the Delta, what does high percentage of Largest 4 sellers mean with a low 4 OI Buyers. , what when the usually higher Sellers are low and the largest 4 buyers almost the same value , Time to track the insiders Delta..
Performance -
This Indicator provided a
1. Signal 1 = 26th March 2019 = SUPER LONG at $4,500 that saw a near $14,000 run up
2. Signal 2 = 18th & 24th June 2019 = SHORT at the second & final level $11,700 after repeated attempts & failure in the $13K range, the mini Echo Bitcoin Bull of 2019
3. Signal 3 = 17th December 2019 = LONG $6,900, Bitcoin rallied to Mid $10,500's
4. Signal 4 = 18th Feb 2020 = SUPER SHORT from $9,700's to a final extreme Low of $3,000, calling the CV-19 collapse
5. Signal 5 = 17th March 2020 = LONG from $5,400 no closure point yet
6. Signal 6 = 29th June 2020 = SUPER LONG reiterate from $10,700 no closure sell signal yet
7. Signal 7 = 17th May 2020 = LONG another accumulate LONG with no sell signal yet generated at Post H&S's low of $33,000
Note - This indicator only commences March 2019, as Bitcoin futures were a recent introduction and needed to settle for 6 months in both use and data, no signals were meaningful prior & data was light.
What is Provided. - Please note the need to also add the Hunt Bitcoin Historical Volatility Indicator for full understanding.
We provide 3 things with the 3 indicators.
'Insider' indications from Largest players in the futures market.
1. Bitcoin Macro Buy Signals.
a) The Bitcoin Commitment of Traders results see us focus solely on Largest 4 Short Open Interest & Largest 4 Long Open Interest aspects of the CoT Release data.
When the difference - is tight, a kind of pinch, these have been great Buy signals in Bitcoin.
We call this difference the Delta & When Delta is 5% or less Bitcoin is a Buy.
2. Bitcoin Macro Sells.
a) A sell signal is Triggered in Bitcoin at any point the Largest 4 short OI > or = to 70
3. AMPLIFIER Trade signals 'Super' Longs or Shorts -
Extreme low volatility events leads to highly impulsive & volatile subsequent moves, if either of 1 or 2 above occur, combined with extreme low volatility
a 'Super Long' or 'SUPER SELL' is generated. In the case of the short side, given Bitcoins general expansive and MACRO Bull trend since inception, we seek an additional component
that is an extreme differential/Delta reading between 4 biggest Longs & Shorts OI.
Namely CoT Delta also must be > 47.5%
We also have a Cautionary level, where it is not necessarily a good idea to accumulate Bitcon, as a better opportunity lower may avail itself, see conditions below.
So the required logic explicitly stated below for all Signals.
1. Long - Hunt Bitcoin CoT Delta < or = 5
2. SUPER Long - Hunt Bitcoin CoT Delta < or = 5; and 2 Day Historical Bitcoin Volatility = or < 20
3. Short - Largest 4 Sellers OI = or > 70
4. SUPER Short - Largest 4 Sellers OI = or > 70; AND..
Hunt Bitcoin CoT Delta = or > 47.5 AND 2 Day Historical BTC Volatility = or < 20
5. Caution - Largest 4 Sellers OI = or > 67.5 AND Hunt Bitcoin CoT Delta = or > 45
WARNING SEE Notes Below
Note 1 - = Largest 4 Open Interest Shorts
Note 2 - = Largest 4 Open Interest Longs
Note 3 - = Hunt Cot Delta = (Largest 4 sellers OI) -( Largest 4 Buyers OI)
Caution = Avoid new Bitcoin Accumulation Right Now, A sell signal might follow Enter on next Long
Note 4 - The Hunt Bitcoin COT Delta signal is a Largest 'Insider' Tracking tool based on a segment of Commitment of Traders data on Bitcoin Futures, released once a week on a Friday.
It is a Macro Timeframe signal , and should not be used for Day trading and Short Timeframe analysis , Entries may be optimised after a Hunt Bitcoin CoT Signal is generated by separate shorter Timeframe analysis.
Note 5 - The Historical Bitcoin Volatility is an additional 'Amplifier' component to the 'Hunt Bitcoin Cot Delta' Insider Signal
Note 6 - The Historical Bitcoin Volatility criteria varies by timeframe, the above levels are those applying on a Two Day TF Chart, select this custom timeframe in Trading View.
if additional criteria are met for LONG & SHORT insider signals, they may become 'Super Longs/Shorts', see conditions box above.
Crypto EMA Trend Reversal StrategyThis is an EMA crossover strategy which involves 5 EMAs to trigger trades. The strategy has two take profit settings and uses a stop loss.
TP1 and SL are based on ATR and TP2 is an EMA crossover.
The strategy goes both long and short and the default settings work particularly well as a scalping strategy for ETHUSDT on the 5M time frame.
I have also created another version with tweaked settings for scalping LINKUSDT on the 5M with very similar results.
There is an option to add a volume condition parameter within the script on lines 26-28 which can be added to the end of lines 34-35 in the following format: and vol_cond
I personally don't currently use the volume condition parameter.
MACD EMA - TradingRush StrategyHey there!
Today I present you a rather simple, but very profitable MACD strategy. Since I trade it with cryptocurrencies, the settings have been adjusted.
I discovered the strategy on a YouTube channel and tried to transfer it as a strategy into a script.
Tested with the crypto pair ETH/USDT in the 15 minute chart.
There is the possibility to switch between short and long positions.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
How does the strategy work?
ENTRY
The MACD indicator must cross below the histogram. If it crosses when the price is below the EMA, only short positions are traded. Above the EMA - long.
EXIT
The Lowest Low (long) / highest high (short) serves as the stop loss. The TP is formed on the basis of a factor. (SL multiplied by factor 2.1 = TP).
The red lines are used to illustrate the SL. Above for short positions below for long positions.
The results of the strategy are without commissions and levers.
If you have any questions or feedback, please let me know in the comments.
If you need more information about the strategy and want to know exactly how to apply it, check out my profile.
I wish you good luck with the strategy!
INDICES against BTC & ETHThe idea is the following; you can easily chart the FTX perp indices against (currently) two baselines, ETH & BTC.
I always choose ETH since it is way harder to outperform ETH at the moment. Doing this helps me see certain trends and/or fractal that might happen again in the future.
Since I already made D.A.M (Defi against Majors / Pricing Defi categories against BTC & ETH: ) I came across the idea of doing the same thing but with the perp indices that FTX offer. At first, I wanted to add this to D.A.M but it has no place in this indicator since this will not only look at Defi but the macro market as a whole.
The indicator currently only looks at the following indexes (weighting can be found here: https:// help. ftx. com/hc/en-us/articles/360027668812-Index-Calculation) :
DRGN: THE DRAGON INDEX
ARPA, BTM, IOST, NEO, NULS, ONT, QTUM, TRX, VET

Price DEFI Categories against BTC & ETH/* Work in progress. The indicator is not finished. *\
The indicator shows the pricing of 3 DEFI categories against 2 possible baselines, BTC and ETH.
To do:
* Make a simple array in the source code to enter and remove new projects to the category. -> Maybe can also make it so that the source code does not have to be altered (projects can be added through input etc.)
* Adjust weightings depending on project data but this is not as important since weightings are being priced in by the market.
* Try to find a way to update input to string instead of booleans. As of currently, I could not seem to use input strings into plot functions because of an error.
* and more. Leave some feedback, that would be highly appreciated!

Scalping Dips On Trend (by Coinrule)Coinrule's Community is an excellent source of inspiration for our trading strategies.
In these months of Bull Market, our traders opted mostly on buy-the-dips strategies, which resulted in great returns recently. But there has been an element that turned out to be the cause for deep division among the Community.
Is it advisable or not to use a stop-loss during a Bull Market?
This strategy comes with a large stop-loss to offer a safer alternative for those that are not used to trade with a downside protection.
Entry
The strategy buys only when the price is above the Moving Average 50 , making it less risky to buy the dip, which is set to 2%.
The preferred time frame is 1-hour.
The stop-loss is set to be quite loose to increase the chances of closing the trade in profit, yet protecting from unexpected larger drawdowns that could undermine the allocation's liquidity.
Exit
Stop loss: 10%
Take Profit: 3%
In times of Bull Market, such a trading system has a very high percentage of trades closed in profit (ranging between 70% to 80%), which makes it still overall profitable to have a stop-loss three times larger than the take profit.
Pro tip: use a larger stop-loss only when you expect to close in profit most of the trades!
The strategy assumes each order to trade 30% of the available capital and opens a trade at a time. A trading fee of 0.1% is taken into account.
RSI Classic Strategy (by Coinrule)One of the questions hobbyist traders more often ask is: what is the perfect trading indicator?
Every indicator is just a tool, so its efficiency is proportional to your ability to read its signals and translate them into an actionable trading strategy. The RSI is likely the most flexible and easy to use among the technical indicators.
This trading strategy tries to catch short-term swings on the coins of your choice with a simple yet profitable setup.
Buy when the RSI is lower than 30 (you can adjust it to 35 in times of steep uptrend).
Sell when the RSI is greater than 65 (the target may range between 60 and 75 depending on the volatility of the coin).
Note that the buy signal comes when the indicator crosses below 30 and not when it crosses above 30 as it happens on the built-in RSI strategy on Tradingview.
The present script overperforms the built-in strategy, even adding trading fees and using a lower amount of capital for each trade (30%). That means that the system can deliver higher net-profits with lower risk levels.
A typical example of market conditions where this strategy works perfectly is as follows.
The first initial breakout indicates that a new leg up in the trend may start. Bitcoin starts to trade within a range which you can identify when it reaches the point 3. That is the perfect time to start the rule because
- trading within a channel anticipates possible swings up and down
- the trend is on the upside, providing low downside risk in buying the dips.
This strategy works well with selected coins of your choice, and it's a great fit on leverage exchanges like Binance Futures.
If you prefer to run it across all available coins on the market, instead, you may choose an optimized version.
ETH Top Cap [jamesray]This script is modified from Top Cap , as published here.
Historically it matches market tops for ETH
Vix SpikeThis script calculates spikes Vix tops and bottoms. The Vix Market Bottom is calculated using CM_Williams_Vix_Fix Finds Market Bottoms (Chris Moody). The Vix Market Top is calculated as the inverse of CM Williams’ formula.
The highest Vix Bottom and the highest Vix Top are averaged (over the Highest Vix Lookback period).
Buys are signaled when the Vix Bottom line crosses below the Highest Vix Average.
Sells are signaled when the Vix Top line crosses below Highest Vix Average.

Ether (Ethereum) CME Gaps [NeoButane]Detects gaps in trading for CME's "Ether" cash-settled futures. This will show gaps as they happen on the 24/7 charts that crypto exchanges use. It is not usable on CME's tickers themselves, as gaps in trading are not displayed.
This indicator will only display if viewing an ETH chart.
More information on the CME ETH futures here:
www.cmegroup.com
Based on:
What's different: CME's BTC and ETH markets trade the same hours, but one may hit a limit breaker while there may be a case where the other does not.
OBV Accumulation / Distribution Strategy CryptoThis version its made for 8-12h and works amazingly on the ETH pairs. Can be adapted to others as well
For this example, I used an initial 1$ account, using always full capital on each trade(without using any leverage), together with a 0.1% commission/fees for each deal, on Coinbase broker.
This is a long only strategy
The components for the inside of the strategy are the next one :
1. OBV Accumulation/Distribution
3. EMA
The rules here are simple : we check for cross up or above on OBV and EMAmoving average and after that we check for the trend direction based on ascending/descending OBV. Based on this we enter long or exit long.
RISK WARNING
Trading on any financial market involves a risk of loss. Please consider carefully if such trading is appropriate for you. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
If you have any questions or you are interested in trying it, private message me and I will give you as soon as I see the message a trial for it.
Crypto Long only Strategy 3h+ timeframeToday I bring another crypto strategy that works greatly with pairs like BTCEUR, ETHEUR, for 3h+ time frames.
Its a risky strategy because we have a hard stop loss of 25% of our capital which can be modified.
The idea behind its simple, we have a candle which is made from open+high+low+close / 4 , and we make the decision based on this one.
We only go long with this strategy .
For entry: if we have 5 ascending candles we enter, and we exit when we have 4 descending candles.
For this example, I used 100% of the initial capital(1000 EUR/USD), with a commission of 0.1% per each deal.
At the same time, the max capital that can be lost in a trade is going to be the equity risk, in this example 25% .
Overall we can see that's more or less around the same level as buy and hold strategy

Maximized Moving Average Crossing (by Coinrule)Using the crossings of two Moving Averages to trade in a trading strategy is a Trend-Following approach. As the name would suggest, to be successful, it requires the asset to be on-trend.
The general limit of a common strategy based on Moving Averages is that they underperform when the market is less volatile or trading sideways. When volatility compresses, the indicators get very close one to another, crossing each other very often. That's exactly the condition when trend-following strategies underperform.
To improve this strategy, it's useful to filter the buy signal using the RSI. When the RSI is close to overbought conditions, that means that the coin is likely trading in an uptrend. Strong uptrends usually come with RSI values that stay overbought for long periods, creating interesting opportunities.
Setup
Buy condition: the MA9 crosses above the MA50, and at the same time, the RSI has a value greater than 55.
Sell condition: the MA9 crosses below the MA50.
The strategy is optimized to provide better results on the 1-hr time frame, but it could work well also on higher time frames, such as the 4-hrs.
The strategy assumes each order to trade 30% of the available capital and opens a trade at a time. A trading fee of 0.1% is taken into account.
BTC and ETH Long strategy - version 2I wrote my first article in May 2020. See below
BTC and ETH Long strategy - version1
After 6 months, it is now time to check the result of my script for the last 6 months.
XBTUSD (4H): 14/05/2020 --> 22/11/2020 = +78% in 4 trades
ETHXBT (4H): 14/05/2020 --> 22/11/2020 = +21% in 9 trades
ETHUSD (4H): 14/05/2020 --> 22/11/2020 = +90% in 6 trades
Using the signals from this strategy to trade manually has shown that this was a bit frustrating because of the low rate of winning trades.
If you have to enter 100 trades and see 75% of them failing and 25% winning, this is frustrating. For sure the strategy makes good money but it is difficult to hold this mentality.
So, I have reviewed and modified it to get a higher winning rate.
After few days of work, tests and validation, I managed to get a wining rate close to 60%.
The key element was also to decrease the number of trades by using a higher time frame. (4H candles instead of 2H candles).
- Entry in position is based on
MACD, EMA (20), SMA (100), SMA (200) moving up
AND EMA (20) > SMA (100)
AND SMA (100) > SMA (200)
- Exit the position if: Stoploss is reached OR EMA (20) crossUnder SMA (100)
The goal of this new script is to be able to follow the signals manually and only make few trades per years.
I have also validated it against some other altcoins where some are giving very good results.
Here are some results for 2020 (from 01/01/2020 until now (22/11/2020). Those results are the one I get when using 4H candles.
ETH/USD: +144% in 8 trades.
BTC/USD: +120% in 7 trades.
ETH/BTC: +33% in 9 trades.
ICX/USD: +123% in 10 trades.
LINK/USD: +155% in 11 trades.
MLN/USD: +388% in 8 trades.
ADA/USD: +180% in 7 trades.
LINK/BTC: +97% in 10 trades.
The best is that above results are without considering compound effect. If you re-invest all gains done in each new trade, this will give you the below results :)
ETH/USD: +189% in 8 trades.
BTC/USD: +260% in 7 trades.
ETH/BTC: +29% in 9 trades.
ICX/USD: +112% in 10 trades.
LINK/USD: +222% in 11 trades.
MLN/USD: +793% in 8 trades.
ADA/USD: +319% in 7 trades.
LINK/BTC: +103% in 10 trades.
As you can see, the results are good and the number of trades for 11 months is not big, which allows the trader to place orders manually.
But still, I'm lazy :), so, I have also coded this strategy in HaasScript language which allows you to automate this strategy using the HaasOnline software specialized in automated crypto trading.
I hope that this strategy will give you ideas or will be the starting point for your own strategy.
Let me know if you need more details.
Crypto ZigZag RSI strategy 15minThis strategy is designed for crypto markets like ETHUSD/T, BTCUSD/T and so on.
It works amazingly with 15 min time frames.
Its idea consists in :
We have the RSI indicator, and with it we check for the crossover with overbought and oversold levels. At the same time we have the zigzag which is made from the higher highs and the lower lows between a specific price movement in %.
For entries, they are going to be based on the crossover of rsi with overbought or oversold levels , combined together with cross over 0 line from the the zigzag.
At the same time the strategy has the posibility to go only long, only short or both.
Let me know if you have any questions.
BTC & ETH Alert SystemWith Tradingview's free plan, only one alert is allowed. The purpose of this indicator is to allow for two alerts--one for BTC and one for ETH.
How to use the alert system:
1. Set the desired value for BTC and ETH that you want to be alerted for
2. Set an alert on the indicator by clicking the three ellipses and then "Add Alert"
3. Set the alert to go off if the value of the indicator is greater than 0.
The example is of BTC using an alert of $10,000 and an alert of ETH at $2,000 (untriggered)
The script can be easily modified to be used for different assets
