VWAP + EMA Analysis [Joshlo]Overview and Use Case
VWAP Analysis gives the possibility to combine multiple time frames of VWAP along with a triplet of exponential moving averages. This can provide insight into potential scalp, swing and longer term trades, depending on your time frame. The use of this indicator with it's setup is based off the the Scalp Setup Alerts provided by Roensch Capital.
The primary use for this script is to help with intraday scalp set ups. Using the Daily VWAP, turned on by default, we can look for price to respect and bounce from one of the VWAP lines (support or resistance) back toward equilibrium, we can also look for price to bounce off of equilibrium and move back toward VWAP support or resistance.
The chart attached shows AMD bouncing off of the Daily time frame VWAP Resistance level multiple times (see yellow boxes), often with confirmation given by an increase in volume which is often far higher than the average volume. In many of these cases a short position could've been opened or put option could have been placed with a profitable outcome.
Every line projected onto the chart via this indicator has the potential to create support or resistance as well as causing 'hang ups', meaning price loses it's momentum, slows down and hangs out in the particular area. This is shown on the chart within the green box.
Chart walkthrough - See attached chart
After a rejection off of the Daily VWAP Resistance line (depicted by the white circle), price starts to move back toward Daily VWAP Equilibrium. In order to reach this line, price needs to move through the 20EMA (white) and 50EMA (purple), the Weekly VWAP Resistance (red circles) and the 200EMA (orange). All of these lines are a part of this single indicator.
The 20EMA seems to offer little resistance but follows the price on it's move, offering some resistance to a volatile move upward. Initially upon contact with the 50EMA, price hangs up and bounces above and below the line whilst finding support on the Weekly VWAP Resistance at the same time. This causes a 'hang up' or sideways movement for around 20 minutes of trading. A potential trade may have entered at the white circle with a VWAP Resistance rejection and exited upon contact with the 50EMA in anticipation of multiple EMAs and support / resistance lines converging which is known to cause price movement to slow.
Eventually with an increase in volume, price breaks below the 20EMA (white), 50EMA (purple) and the Weekly VWAP Resistance level (red circles). Price then finds support on the 200EMA (orange), although there was potential for the price to fall to the Daily VWAP Equilibrium (solid blue). As the Red VWAP lines tend to act more often as resistance as opposed to support (price is rarely above these lines for extended periods), the trade from earlier may have profited more by awaiting contact with the 200EMA before exiting, taking the assumption that the Weekly VWAP Resistance was more likely to act as resistance than support.
A period of consolidation in the green box, around the Weekly VWAP Resistance, 20EMA, 50EMA and with support from the 200EMA eventually resulted in another break out where the price came back up to the Daily VWAP Resistance. Prior to the end of this trading day, there were two more opportunities for scalp setups based off of the price showing consistent rejections off the Daily VWAP Resistance back down to the 50EMA.
In the final example, price breaks above the Daily VWAP Resistance but quickly rejects off of the Monthly VWAP Resistance. For examples where the VWAP Resistance or Support or broken, it can help to look at an indicator such as the RSI to look for bullish divergence or bearish divergence.
Just as this example shows bounces and rejection off of VWAP Resistance, the same applies around the Equilibrium and Support VWAP lines.
The perfect scenario would be to find a ticker where there has already been two or three bounces off of one of these levels, with the goal of taking the trade on the next bounce and either using a percentage price target or technical price target based off of the EMAs or VWAP lines. If there are EMAs close in the direction you want to take the trade, there is a higher chance of hang ups and reversals, so a clear run is the more desired trade set up.
You can also look for these indicator lines to stack up in order to form a stronger support and resistance. For example the 200EMA and Daily VWAP Equilibrium being close to each other may suggest it would take more of an effort to break both of these levels, but one by itself may break more easily.
Indicator Setup
In the settings for the indicator, almost everything you might want to change can be done from the Input tab.
The three options for VWAP (daily, weekly and monthly) allow for analysis on multiple time frames. Daily is turned on as standard.
Standard Deviation Multiplier is set to 2 as standard, this effects the distance of the VWAP support and resistance from the equilibrium line. This seems to be a level that works well with finding support and resistance lines, however if there is excessively high or low volume, occasionally the lines can be thrown off. You can adjust this level if required to find a 'sweet spot' where price likes to reject or find support.
The colors for all VWAPs can be adjusted via the Inputs tab, however if you'd like to change the type of line these are depicted as, this can be done from the Styles tab.
The 3 EMAs (20, 50 and 200) can be toggled on or off and also have their color changed. The style of the lines can be adjusted from with the Styles tab if required.

Visible Range VWAP with DeviationsImplementing Pine's new Visible range function I have built with the help of @RumpyPumpyDumpy a Visible range Vwap with Standard deviations in the same style and color way originally created by Zach Hurwitz, This is created in the styling and under the teaching of his education over the last few years. Zach uses intraday, and long term strategy based around 4 trade types that are taken in and around Vwap and its deviation bands. Whether that is intraday vwap , Longer term time based vwaps, Event based vwaps such as earnings , Gaps, Highest Volume based, and now "Visible range" based vwaps. The new visible range function is a huge help and time saver when wanting to quickly see a longer dated vwap or a vwap from a specific spot on your chart. All you have to do is scroll to that position on the chart and the Vwap and bands automatically launches from the furthest most left candle on your chart using the source input user chooses, HLC3, High, Low, etc.
This is a fully functional Volume weighted average price and launches on the furthest most left bar on your chart. It comes set to calculate the average price based off the launch candles HLC3 value, or User can choose to change the source input to High or Low for custom anchored visible range high/low vwap showing overhead resistance or support from underneath.
The deviations can be used as support and resistance intraday or longer time frames. Myself and others in our community have 4 trade type set ups that we take in and around Vwaps deviations. It offers us consistent, and manageable risk points at measured distances away from average price, and specific targets to aim for intraday and in longer time framed swing trades.
Vwap and its deviations are a institutional benchmark and a tool that higher time frame and institutional traders around the world use as a guide. With the use of visible range and multiple launch points on the candle we can quickly get an idea of where participants may be buying and selling, or trapped or supportive of price.
Standard deviation bands and the color-coding reflects the market’s current position and slope. This can now be applied to the visible range of your entire chart, and you can quickly understand whether the market is trending positive, negative, or flat and counter trend.
I have included our traditional color way of Zach's original vwap indicators that were originally released on TOS and now also available on TradingView. This shows a yellow positive sloped vwap , or magenta negative sloped vwap . User also has choice of slope signal which shows positive, negative, neutral, or single color choice.
There is also positive and negative cloud coloring behind price to show when price is above or below visible range vwap . This helps immediately understand whether price is moving in your favor or against. In addition there is the choice of brightly highlighting what we refer to as the "Fast lane", which is a trending market either positive or negative in plus one or negative one deviation. You can use them independently, or choose not to color them at all. There is also Positive and negative coloring options for the Deviation plots themselves, which in positive trend will color the upper deviations green or in negative trend color them red.
User also has the choice to add "Tolerance bands", which are sub deviation levels usually used in 0.25-0.50 increments. These show a zone above and below each deviation of which price may test above or below. We do not think as vwap as a hard "Line in the sand" rather a zone where we look for participation from those that are currently in that average price, this means price sometimes may move slightly under the vwap or deviation level as price seeks liquidity and the Tolerance bands can add some insight in an event like this.

Trend101 v5Welcome to what I believe to be the best indicator on TradingView. Trend101 v5
"Not all trends are made equal"
You should be only trading the trends that matter most... The basis of this script is using volume to rank price trends and give more prominence to the trends that are backed by volume, enabling you to only focus on riding the trends that matter.
If we see a trend with high volume, this will show up in the indicator with larger green or red columns / bars & the trends with low volume will cause little movement in the indicator.
Some indicators are great at showing price trends, some are great at showing volume... Trend101 v5 is great at showing both of these.
This indicator can be used in a variety of ways:
1) The most simplistic is to trade crossovers from Bull > Bear trends and vice versa. This alone can be profitable with a "scalping" mindset where you ride the trend until it shows signs of weakness.
2) The other way I use this indicator is to act as a confirmation tool... for example if price is approach a level of support, you can wait until the price shows signs of rejection and then your confirmation for entry is that Trend101 v5 will change to green. (& the opposite for levels of resistance).
Finally you are also able to use the Timeframe input to select different timeframes, this is useful to use two Trend101 indicators together to filter trade entries. An example would be using one Trend101 indicator set on the 15min timeframe and one set on the Daily timeframe and when both of these align in the same trend direction you are able to enter your trade.
I will produce a video "How To..." guide for this indicator shortly to explain other details.
Let me know in the comments below how you are using the indicator and all feedback is welcome.
Miyagi (10 in 1) + AlertsMiyagi: The attempt at mastering something for the best results.
Miyagi indicators combine multiple trigger conditions and place them in one toolbox for traders to easily use, produce alerts, backtest, reduce risk and increase profitability.
VWAP has been the main condition for entry for our trading community for quite some time now, however using VWAP alone can lead to poor entries and bags.
Miyagi adds filtering conditions which can then be used to improve entries as opposed to simply using VWAP alone.
Miyagi (10-in-1) + Alerts combines multiple trigger conditions in an easy to use format.
Each trigger or filtering condition is selectable and able to be combined using the selector checkboxes.
Trigger or filter conditions can be used on a different timeframe chart than the current user selected chart.
For instance, the user's chart can be set to a 15M for entry however using filtering from a 30 minute RSI.
It is recommended to not use a lower timeframe chart setting than the current chart timeframe.
The following trigger and filter conditions are present in the 10-in-1:
EMA: Takes two "Exponential Moving Averages" into effect for filtering with user selectable chart timeframe, length and sources.
EMA Trend Type is user selectable for Trend-following or Counter-trend which allows you to counter-trade the markets.
Beside the "Simple Moving Average" the EMA has a multiplier.
Calculation is SMAxMultipier / SMAxMultiplier of the previous candle.
MACD: Takes the "Moving Average Convergence Divergence" into effect for trigger condition or filtering with user selectable chart timeframe,
source, fast & slow length and signal smoothing. MACD is a trend-following momentum indicator that shows the relationship between two moving averages of a price.
The MACD is calculated by subtracting the EMA 26 period from the EMA 12. Long alert is triggered on crossing the MACD zero line upwards and short alert vise versa.
RSI: Takes the "Relative Stregth Index" into effect for trigger condition or filtering with user selectable chart timeframe, length, source, and oversold and overbought values.
The RSI is a technical oscillator that uses price and volume data for identifying overbought or oversold signals in an asset.
It can also be used to spot divergences which warn of a trend change in price. This oscillator moves between 0 and 100.
RSI > 80 is considered overbought and an RSI < 20 is considered oversold.
Stochastic RSI: oscillator version of RSI.
Takes the stochRSI into effect for trigger condition or filtering with user selectable chart timeframe, K D, length, upper and lower length.
stochRSI = (actual RSI - lowest RSI) / (highest RSI - lowest RSI)
VWAP: Takes the "Volume Weighted Average Price" into effect for trigger condition with user selectable chart timeframe, period, and VWAP lower line (long),
or VWAP Upper line (Short) values. VWAP is calculated by totaling the money traded for every transaction (price x volume) and then dividing by the total shares traded.
The VWAP appears as a single line on charts. It looks similar to a moving average line, but smoother. In general it is a intraday/week anchored indicator that resets,
but we are using a steady version over a selectable period of candles.
TTM: Takes the TTM squeeze indicator into effect for trigger condition with user selectable chart timeframe, length, multiplier, smoothing and trend direction.
The TTM is used to identify when to enter or exit a market for the best chance of profitability. It squeezes pairs well with other indicators, such as the ADX indicator.
For Multiplicator you can use Keltner and Boilinger Bands.
ADX: Takes the "Average Directional Movement Index" into effect for trigger condition with user selectable chart timeframe, smoothing, DI-length, a long and a short setting.
The ADX is used to detect trend direction with a positive and a negative direction indicator (+DI & -DI). The factor of those is a value between 0 and 100.
A low value can be a week trend or consolidation. A value > 25 is considered as a positive trend, >50 is a strong long trend >75 extremely strong trend.
Beside timeframe, you can choose smoothing and DI length.
SuperTrend: Takes the SuperTrend into effect for filtering with user selectable chart timeframe, ATR length and factor.
As an alternative to moving averages you can keep a fix distance to determine long or short trend.
That way you can avoid a lot of switching during a consolidation phase. Once crossed it switches trend direction.
The "Average True Rage" is used for calculation of the SuperTrend distance, it measures the volatility of the coin.
MFI: Takes the "Money Flow Index" into effect for filtering with user selectable chart timeframe, length, source, long and short settings.
The MFI is a technical oscillator that uses price and volume data for identifying overbought or oversold signals in an asset.
It can also be used to spot divergences which warn of a trend change in price. Like RSI this oscillator moves between 0 and 100.
MFI > 80 is considered overbought and an MFI < 20 is considered oversold.
W-Divergence: Takes the "Wolfpack Divergence" into effect for trigger condition with user selectable chart timeframe, length, lookback, divergence and ranges.
W-Divergence is MACD 3-8 setting with added divergence hunter.
How to use: Select the VWAP, and set the VWAP up as you would normally trade with your selected timeframe, period, and VWAP settings (long and short).
All entries will be shown, based on the VWAP settings.
From here, filtering can be implemented to produce better entries, ie using EMA/MACD/RSI/SuperTrend/MFI filtering.
Happy Trading!

Chart VWAP█ OVERVIEW
This indicator displays a Volume-Weighted Average Price anchored to the leftmost visible bar of the chart. It dynamically recalculates when the chart's visible bars change because you scroll or zoom your chart.
If you are not already familiar with VWAP, our Help Center will get you started. The typical VWAP is designed to be used on intraday charts, as it resets at the beginning of the day. Our Rolling VWAP , instead, resets on a rolling time window. You may also find the VWAP Auto Anchored built-in indicator worth a try.
█ HOW TO USE IT
Load the indicator on an active chart (see the Help Center if you don't know how). By default, it displays the chart's VWAP in orange and a simple average of the chart's visible close values in gray. This average can be used as a companion to the VWAP, since both are calculated from the same set of bars. The script's settings allow you to hide it.
You may also use the script's settings to enable the display of the chart's OHLC (open, high, low, close) levels and the values of the high and low. These are also calculated from the range of visible bars. You can complement the high and low lines with their price and their distance in percent from the chart's latest visible close . You can use the levels to quickly identify the distances from extreme points in the visible price range, as well as observe the visible chart's beginning and end prices.
█ NOTES FOR Pine Script™ CODERS
This script showcases three novelties:
• Dynamic recalculation on visible bars
• The VisibleChart library by PineCoders
• The new `anchor` parameter of ta.vwap()
Dynamic recalculation on visible bars
This script behaves in a novel way made possible by the recent introduction of two new built-in variables: chart.left_visible_bar_time and chart.right_visible_bar_time , which return the opening time of the leftmost and rightmost visible bars on the chart. These are only two of many new built-ins in the `chart.*` namespace. See this blog post for more information, or look up them up by typing "chart." in the Pine Script™ Reference Manual .
Any script using chart.left_visible_bar_time or chart.right_visible_bar_time acquires a unique property, which triggers its recalculation when traders scroll or zoom their chart, causing the range of visible bars to change. This new capability is what makes it possible for this script to calculate its VWAP on the chart's visible bars only, and dynamically recalculate if the user scrolls or zooms their chart.
This script is just a start to the party; endless uses for indicators that redraw on changes to the chart will no doubt emerge through the hands of our community's Pine Script™ programmers.
The VisibleChart library by PineCoders
The newly published VisibleChart library is designed to help programmers benefit from the new capabilities made possible by the fact that Pine Script™ code can now tell when it is executing on visible bars. The library's description, functions and example code will help programmers make the most of the new feature.
This script uses three of the library's functions:
• `PCvc.vVwap()` calculates a VWAP for visible bars.
• `PCvc.avg()` calculates the average of a source value for visible bars only. We use it to calculate the average close (the default source).
• `PCvc.chartXTimePct(25)` calculates a time value corresponding to 25% of the horizontal distance between visible bars, starting from the left.
The new `anchor` parameter of ta.vwap()
Our script also uses this new `anchor` parameter to reset the VWAP at the leftmost visible bar. See how simple the code is for the VisibleChart library's `vVwap()` function.
Look first. Then leap.
VWAP and previous VWAP for Support & Resistance for D W MI overhauled my old multi timeframe VWAP script to make the VWAP OC-Check work for all timeframes. Now only one function is used to calculate the 3 preset VWAPs.
Previous VWAPS = the price where the last session closed sometimes work as Support and Resistance.
The OC-Check Mode theory examines if the VWAP from the Open is above or below the VWAP from Close
and if price is above or below normal VWAP (HLC3).
This way we have 4 states:
Red = Strong Downtrend
Orange = Weak Downtrend
Blue = Weak Uptrend
Green = Strong Uptrend
As always it is just a theory - nothing is set in stone regarding any indicator.

MTF EMASMulti time frame EMA
This script will plot the configured EMAS on the current time frame (CTF) and also the same EMAS on a higher time frame (HTF).
Hard coded according:
* 5m EMAS will be plotted on TF bellow 5m
* Daily EMA will be plotted on TF above 5m and bellow 1D
* Weekly EMA will be plotted on daily TF
* Monthly EMA will be plotted on weekly TF
This configuration give us the opportunity to watch EMA support/resistance from HTF on the CTF
VWAP Suite█ OVERVIEW
This indicator is an attempt to bring all VWAP functionalities under one umbrella suite, the existing VWAPs are great and this was made to provide all functionalities. (pending more updates as well)
█ FEATURES
Multiple VWAPs MTF
Individual Band configuration
Previous vwap closes
Date tracking of previous closes
MTF Options
Enabling the other VWAPS with any timeframe will allow the user to use the "VWAP Anchor" setting to choose what HTF Vwap to be displayed
"Prev Close"
This setting enables all historical closes to be displayed with extension
"Track Dates"
Can be used to keep date information of 2 previous closes and further back
█ HOW TO USE IT
The indicator is quite straight forward in its application, as you would expect of a normal VWAP.
At the top of the settings pane the indicator has some functionality that would control the VWAPs globally, e.g. disabling show bands disables all bands for all the VWAPs.
Each VWAP has individual settings that can be controlled such as coloring, which bands enabled, previous closes, labelling...
█ SUGGESTION
My suggestion for clarity is to use 1 VWAP with bands, and a 2nd with no bands + Previous close enabled at a higher timeframe
█ LIMITATIONS OF PINE (Please read)
I see many users going on different indicators with MTF in mind and trying to use it for LTF data e.g. 1hour chart, and selecting 5min in chart settings.
This is not recommended by the team themselves and should be noted for use always use HTF: www.tradingview.com
To understand how to use VWAP please refer to some education that can be found for free online
Heres an example of a trader using the tool himself: www.youtube.com

JMF_Vwap BLVD w/Dual lookback and Map Zones. This study identifies on the your top 3 highest volume candles and launches independent vwaps from each of those bars within the users given lookback, As well as static closing vwap values of the candle.
User has a "Calendar lookback" input that you can search a number of CALENDAR days back for highest volume bars. On the daily chart this will identify your highest volume DAYS.
On an intraday chart it will identify your highest volume BARS. example= on a 5 min chart, with a calendar look back of "5 days" the BLVD indicator will search back 5 days on the 5min chart and look for the top 3 highest volume CANDLES, and launch continuous and static vwaps from them. Continuous is a vwap that is launched and gives the cumulative average price from launch until a new Top 3 high volume bar is formed, then the vwaps will sequentially re-order themselves in order of highest to lowest volume.
Static Vwaps are the CLOSING vwap value of the launch candle. These levels act as strong support and resistance when launched from the highest volume candles. They represent participants whom have bought or sold that candle, and have yet to average in our out of a position, "buy and hold", or "Bag holders". These levels usually experience a high degree of sell pressure as they are encountered from underneath, vice versa, they can act as strong support when launched from lows, or on the first few encounters of the level when price is coming down to them.
The best way to use and identify relevant Vwap BLVDs is on a split screen chart, a intraday time frame with a short and mid look back, and a longer 4hour or daily chart with a mid to long lookback side by side showing immediate and long term liquidity levels. In route to the daily BLVD levels which hold your highest levels of liquidity/volume you ultimately run into shorter time framed BLVDs that have been launched from smaller time frame candles intraday at high volume events, these levels are massively important for intraday trading and can stop price dead in its tracks, not JUST the daily vwap BLVD value.
That is why this version has a short, and a long term look back, each lookback is accompanied with Standard deviation bands that are color coded and labeled for quick ID. User can turn on or off if they choose.
You can launch a short look back (2-5 day) and use the deviation bands in the same manner as you would the intraday vwap deviation bands and take any of our 4 trade types in the same manner as intraday vwap.
ALSO, you can set it for 2days back and have a previous day vwap BLVD and see the controlling liquidity from the previous days range, or where the "most" participants average price is. You will get vwaps Launching from the most relevant, highest volume bars within the last 48 hours, or do 7 days back for a weekly BLVD, this will show who and where is in control on the weeks range. These two lookbacks are often the most useful for intraday scalping while also targeting the longer range overhead volume on the higher time frame " Daily BLVD ".
This is a User intensive study as far as settings go, I encourage everyone to change settings calendar wise on all time frames to find what suits your style of trading and time frame the best, and to play with the remaining add on's to see what you like, or find value in, or what you dislike, and would want to keep off.
It also includes "Map zones", these are zones associated with the launch candles average price and range. I have witnessed the high and low of these ranges be respected over and over again intraday, User can turn the background cloud off in settings if they prefer or dim the color in settings.
ALL settings and plots can be turned down, adjusted, or turned off If the visual is to impactful for you, take the time to Turn off or change any of the additional features that are included. You can minimize the study all the way down to just one line with the Highest volume vwap BLVD if you prefer or you can have all of it on for a fully immersive experience.
User also has a table on chart that can be hidden that lists the vwaps price, and Candle launch volume. This volume metric comes in handy when approaching a vwap value for the FIRST TIME. after that the supply or demand is or has diminished, but its still good to know how much it launched with so you can compare current candle volume.
Enjoy-
JMF
Color coding=
Gold = highest volume vwap continuous and static.
Red = 2nd highest volume vwaps.
Purple = 3rd highest volume vwaps.

PT FVG ImbalancesVersion 1.0 of the PT FVG Gaps & Flat Opens was developed to visually identify any imbalances in price. This indicator can be used on all timeframes.
Fair Value Gaps are a key component when trading price action. They are derived from zones in liquidity where price moved quickly in a certain direction leaving gaps behind. These areas tend to act as magnets to price throughout the trading session of that timeframe.
PT FVG Features:
-Gaps that have been partially filled will shade darker to show price has already attempted to fill that gap before (Toggle Highlight Gap Fill).
-Gaps that have been partially filled will remove a portion of the background zone to indicate how much gap is left to fill in the full zone (Toggle Highlight Remaining Gap).
Flat Open Candles are derived from candles that open without a wick (wickless candles). Price more often than not tends to gravitate towards these areas in the near future to fill the wickless candle before continuing on with the trend. Can be used on all timeframes, but the higher the timeframe holds more weight.
PT Flat Open Features:
-Flat open sensitivity would recommend keeping it around 30-50. If scalping keep it sub 30. This feature determines how many flat opens you want on your chat at one time.
-Delete flat open line allows us to delete the line once price has filled the wickless candle.
Video with strategy will be uploaded shortly! It is included as part of the library. Just message us for access!
Neo Matrix
What is NeonMoney Indicator?
NeonMoney Indicator is a trend following indicator which gives strong support and resistance indications with some moving averages.
Description
After the long research of 2 years along with 100’s of indicators & oscillators we have created this wonderful indicator which can avoid signals in a choppy market & gives perfect signal to buy and sell at a right time with high winning probability and higher reward to risk.
Main part of this indicator is timeframe period that is it shifts from one to another pivots , vwap and MAs tf automatically which helps in top down analysis.
This indicator is made with Vwap , MA, cpr and fibonacci pivots calculations. It can be useful to trade every market like in crypto, forex, commodities and as well as stock market . To use this indicator trader must have basic understanding of candle pattern and chart pattern identification studies with moving averages retrenchments.
This indicator works well & gives better results if you have moving average retrenchment knowledge. When candles are retrenching specific moving average line then also sometimes traders get confuse whether to enter with moving average direction / favor or not. So, to come out from this confusion this indicator is very useful. Because it gives signal in moving average favors and target at pivot levels. So ultimately traders gain some confident on his/her trade that he/she is in the right side of the market.
Another advantage of this indicator is in some of the criteria it gives fix signal in-between the candle formation & once signal is given then it will not change.
About uses instruction and components.

Donchian Anchored Vwap + HandoffsIn this script I try to incorporate Brian Shannon's Anchored VWAP hand off system into an automated initial anchoring system using Donchian Highs and Lows.
I have also added an average of all the hand-off vwaps.
Higher values in "Donchain Lookback" will display longer term sentiment and vice versa.

Automated Anchored VWAPThis was reasonably easy to put together and I can't find one that does this in the Library and I've been wanting one. Of course, the drawing tool is just fantastic, but sometimes it can be forgotten as new pivots emerge.
What you'll find elsewhere in the Library is a nice variety of fancier methods for determining an anchor point with labels, lines, timestamps and standard deviations.
This is just a simple script to pull the Anchored VWAP off of the most recent pivot and update that as new pivots become defined.
I wanted it to be really portable so it could easily work into other things you're working on while also keeping the chart reasonably clean.
The way this functions is as follows: A new pivot is found and VWAP is calculated from it. At that point the prior aVWAP is no longer tracked and it picks up from the new pivot .
Of course this means that the plot doesn't generate until the pivot is actually confirmed, which in turn means that the plot doesn't reach back to the pivot , it begins based on whatever "right bars" period you end up choosing.
I kind of like it that way, because you have your eyes on the one that matters until the new one matters.
The downside is that it doesn't track old pivots . The old aVWAP might still be in play. But if you track all of the old one's you'll have a 100 lines on your chart and no one wants that.
I recommend when you look back and think the old one is still in play, use the drawing tool to keep it on the chart.
Otherwise, let the script do the work for you.
Hope its helpful. Let me know what you think should be done to make it better.
[TTI] Pinch AVWAPs––––History & Credit
This indicator came from studying Alpha trends and the concept from CMT Brian Shannon
–––––What it does
Upon uploading choose two dates from which the script will calculate Anchored VWAP from both dates. The dates can be easily moved for faster adjustment and re-calculation.
–––––How to use it
If you are trading a breakout methodology like myself, look for the "pinch" of the AVWAPs. Preferably, a bottom AVWAP moving up and a top AVWAP moving down. Choose important dates (this is rather subjective) for the AVWAP dates. These can be important events like Earnings or Divident Announcements. Or places where there is a change of structure of the Supply and Demand dynamic.
