It seems the stage is set for a drop on Monday or next week as it doesn't need to happen necessarily on the first day of the week.

Here we are looking at BTCUSDT on the Daily TF.

Notice that the price is trading below EMA10.

11-Dec a drop pushed prices below this level and a recovery quickly followed the next three days. This mini-recovery ended as a lower high compared to 8-Dec which means that the bulls lack strength. Since BTCUSDT is now back below EMA10, the bearish potential is confirmed and a lower low compared to 11-Dec can be expected, in search for the next price level that can offer support.

My calculations are telling me that the most relevant price range for the upcoming drop is 37,000-39,000 on a wick with a bounce to around ~40K followed by lower quickly.

Notice how the trading volume continues to decrease.
Notice the RSI how it is moving lower.
