Dogecoin broke resistance line and can start to rise

Not long ago price traded inside of consolidation, then Dogecoin touched resistance line and bounced down.
Also, price bounced of support line and already broke resistance line
For now I expect that Doge can continue to rise.
I expect that price can continue rise.
That's why I set up my target at $0.0950 level.
