Overall, USD/CAD is ranging across. Recently, USD/CAD bounced down from the key level of 1.27.
The Canadian CPI m/m data (Actual: 0.2%, Forecast: 0.1%, Previous: 0.6%) released yesterday indicated a slowdown in the rise of prices in August.
The Canadian Housing Starts data (Forecast: 270K, Previous: 272K) will be released later at 2015 (GMT+8).
Currently, USD/CAD is testing the support zone of 1.26100 and the next resistance zone is at 1.29000.
Look for short-term selling opportunities of USD/CAD if it breaks the support zone of 1.26100.
