This is an intraday trading strategy using Floor Pivots for BankNifty.
This strategy overlays on the charts with wide variety of drawing floor pivots and previous day levels.
VERY IMPORTANT :
1) LONGS AND SHORTS TO BE TAKEN IN 5 MIN CHART. 15 MIN CHART IS DISPLAYED BECAUSE TV DOESNT ALLOW TO PUBLISH WITH TF LESS THAN 15 MIN.
2) BACKTEST RESULTS ASSUME EXITS AT DAY CLOSE ONLY AND NOT BASED ON ANY OTHER CONDITIONS. HENCE ONCE LONG OR SHORT INITIATED IT IS SUGGESTED TO EXIT USING TRAILING STOP OR YOUR OWN RISK APPETITE. EVEN DAY CLOSE INTRADAY EXITS OFFERS A FAIRLY GOOD RESULT WITH ABOVE AVERAGE SUCCESS RATE AND PROFIT FACTOR IN EXCESS OF 1.75.
3) STRATEGY IS BASED ON COMBINATION OF PATTERNS INVOLVING DAILY PIVOTS AND PREV DAY LEVELS THAT IS FOUND TO REPEAT IN BANKNIFTY.

Updated version has more sophistications including user options for stop loss and take profits. Default values for stops set at 2% and take profits set at 4%. It also has fine tuned the strategy for a more effective intraday trade setup. This has been found to work well for BankNifty intraday trades; it can be used for Nifty intraday trades as well. However, individual stocks have not been tested.

This Version is an enhancement of the features to have a more pleasing visual clarity of the charts. The summary of the features are :

1) Daily CPR with Supports and Resistances with options to chose among them.
2) Weekly CPR with Supports and Resistances with options to chose among them.
3) Monthly CPR with Supports and Resistances with options to chose among them.
4) Developing daily pivot / weekly pivot / monthly pivot
5) Plotting of next day's CPR on the previous day any time during the day and / or the EOD as an overlay of the current price or on the right hand side of the chart.
6) Intraday strategy signal based on the combination of pivots which has shown prospective backtest results.
7) Other features that can be chosen are intraday pivots both static and dynamic, 2 day pivots both static and dynamic.
8) Above all a clean default visual presentation.
